When Planning A Party...
Step One
Time / Date / Venue
Date & Time:
Determine a date and time for your party. If you are throwing a surprise party, make sure the birthday girl/boy is available! :)
Venue:
Figure out where the party will happen. If you're on a tight budget, then your house or condo's function room would be your best bet. If you can stretch the dough a little, try having it at Jacob Ballas or outdoor/indoor venues or rent out a restaurant. But, for the people who feel better close to home, then good news! You just saved tons of cash!
Step Two
Decide On A Budget
This is key!
Decide on your budget and stick to it! Don't be tempted by the additional items you MIGHT like, although this might be hard! :)
Speak to us and let us know your budget and theme. We will then share with you our ideas on how to create a rockin' party based on the budget allocated!
Step Three
Choose A Theme
Maybe it's a birthday party, or a holiday party, or an I'm-having-a-party-because-I-can party. No matter what the occasion, even if you don't have one, it's good to clarify on a theme. However, if you do not want a theme, then you can skip this step entirely.
If you DO want a theme, then that's great cos the rest of the planning will be so much easier. Favorite book, movie or television show? Maybe a fascination with police officers or animals? Whether you want to host a simple or elaborate party, selecting a party theme from this list is an awesome start to a perfect party.
